Todays post article is going to be about Facebook. Yup the social networking site that has gained a lot of users attention through the years. Now what would you think, if someone told you that the more time you spend on Facebook the more stressed and anxious you would become.

Well that's what I decided to make my second VLog on as well. So be sure to watch this video log and let me know what you think of this topic.
At first I was thinking that of course you would get stressed if you spent way too much time on it. Then further in the article it mentioned college students, and that got me thinking about all the content on-line that makes it so easy to waste time. Sometimes you can really get into something and not even realize that, oh 2 or 3 hours are all of the sudden unaccounted for. Then realizing you have a assignment due in say, the next morning. Yeah, I think that would make a person stressed, haha.

In my vlog, I went on to further explain that quite a bit of people are on Facebook. You could probably ask all the people that you encounter on the street if they are on this site called Facebook. And quite a bit of them would answer yes. Maybe even one out of ten if not more? But of course there are still plenty of folks who don't like the idea of Facebook, cause they may view it as a privacy issue. Or simply feel that they don't need some website to stay in touch, cause they can just go talk to them in person and have a way better social experience then say some "social" app, or text chatting.

Then the article got a bit more, well, I'll say interesting. It said something along the lines of "The more anxious they became, the guilt of turning down a friend request, or not properly managing the ones they already had, it began to oppress them." That when I just bused out laughing a bit. Thought that part had to of been written in a comical sense, but who knows.
